Contemplative Educator

As a full-time faculty instructor at Naropa University, I teach in the Contemplative Psychology Undergraduate Program. My expertise is in experiential education which embraces three principles: study, contemplation, and direct experience. The recipient of the Commitment to Inclusion Award from Naropa University in 2017, I honor diversity and inclusion.

In addition to Contemplative and Buddhist Psychology, Somatic Psychology and Trauma and Resourcing,  I teach workshops and seminars on Mindfulness Meditation, Compassion, Working with Others, Relationships, Buddhism, and Contemplative Calligraphy and Art.
