This group is for 20-40 Somethings who want to explore the unique joys and challenges of being a women. Appropriate for brilliant women, confused woman, passionate women, tired women, inspired women, wounded women, and women who want to grow and live life as fully as they can. Group offers: Support, Communication, Relationship and Listening Skills, Council Practice, Mindfulness Exercises, Meditations / Contemplations, Education /Reading Materials, Art /Collage and Play.
